1. Who you are buying from

vheatc.site is operated by Promagen Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17089097, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. You can contact us at cooling@vheatc.site.

2. The product

We sell the genuine Vaillant cooling resistor / code plug, part 0020266328 (identical to 0020269259), a new OEM Vaillant component. We describe it as accurately as we can, but you are responsible for confirming it is the correct part for your specific heat pump — see the installer manual for your model, or our cooling upgrade guides.

3. Orders and acceptance

When you complete checkout and payment, you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept your order, which we do by dispatching the item. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example if the item is out of stock — we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

4. Price and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The price of the resistor is £47.50; delivery is charged separately according to your chosen region and is shown before you pay. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.

5. Delivery

We ship worldwide using Royal Mail tracked services. Delivery prices, services and estimated timescales are set out on our Delivery & tracking page. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Import duties or taxes on international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Your right to cancel, our returns policy, and how refunds work are set out in full on our Returns & refunds page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Installation and use

The cooling resistor authorises cooling mode on a Vaillant heat pump; it does not switch cooling on by itself, and cooling must also be enabled and commissioned correctly. We strongly recommend that fitting and commissioning are carried out by a Vaillant-approved installer. We are not responsible for loss or damage arising from incorrect installation, incorrect configuration, or use of the part in an unsuitable application.

8. Our liability

We supply the product to you as a consumer. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

9. Trademarks

Vaillant, aroTHERM, flexoTHERM and flexoCOMPACT are trademarks of Vaillant Group. vheatc.site is an independent retailer of genuine Vaillant parts and is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by Vaillant Group.

10. Governing law

These terms and any contract formed under them are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page when you place it.
