vheatc.site is an information site about the Vaillant cooling resistor. There is no checkout here and no payment is taken here. The part is bought through our eBay listing, and any sale contract is formed on eBay, between you and the eBay seller, subject to eBay’s terms and the terms shown on that listing. 2. The product

We describe the genuine Vaillant cooling resistor / code plug, part 0020266328 (identical to 0020269259), a new OEM Vaillant component. We describe it as accurately as we can, but you are responsible for confirming it is the correct part for your specific heat pump — see the installer manual for your model, or our cooling upgrade guides.

3. Price, payment and delivery

Price, postage and availability are set and shown on the eBay listing, not here. Payment is taken by eBay at its checkout. Delivery and tracking are described on our Delivery & tracking page, but the binding postage terms are those on the listing.

4. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled by eBay under the eBay Money Back Guarantee and the returns policy stated on the listing. See our Returns & refunds page. Nothing on this site affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

5. Installation and use

The cooling resistor authorises cooling mode on a Vaillant heat pump; it does not switch cooling on by itself, and cooling must also be enabled and commissioned correctly. We strongly recommend that fitting and commissioning are carried out by a Vaillant-approved installer. We are not responsible for loss or damage arising from incorrect installation, incorrect configuration, or use of the part in an unsuitable application.
