vheatc.site is an information site about the Vaillant cooling plug. There is no checkout here and no payment is taken here. The plug is bought on eBay, from seller boarder895, and any sale is made on eBay, subject to eBay’s terms and the terms shown on the listing. For questions, message the seller through eBay using “Contact seller” on either listing.

2. The parts

The site describes the genuine Vaillant cooling plug, sold as 0020269259 (boxed, labelled “Coding plug, cooling function”) and as 0020266328 (the same plug in a Vaillant small-parts bag). It is described as accurately as possible, but you are responsible for confirming it is right for your heat pump — see the installer manual for your model, or the cooling guides.

3. Price, postage and returns

Price, postage, availability and returns are set and shown on each eBay listing, not here. Payment is taken by eBay at its checkout, and eBay’s Money Back Guarantee applies to purchases made there. Nothing on this site affects your statutory rights.

4. Installation and use

The cooling plug authorises cooling mode on a Vaillant heat pump; it does not switch cooling on by itself, and cooling must also be enabled and commissioned correctly. Have fitting and commissioning carried out by a Vaillant-approved installer. No responsibility is accepted for loss or damage arising from incorrect installation, incorrect configuration, or use of the part in an unsuitable application.
