Returns & refunds

This page explains your legal cancellation right, our returns policy, and what happens if a part arrives faulty. It applies to orders placed on vheatc.site with Promagen Ltd.

Your 14-day right to cancel

Because you are buying online, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the item, for any reason. To cancel, email us at cooling@vheatc.site within that period, quoting your order reference. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the price of the resistor and the standard outbound delivery charge you paid, within 14 days. The cost of returning the item to us is paid by you.

Our 30-day returns policy

In addition to the statutory right above, we accept returns from customers worldwide within 30 days of delivery if you change your mind. To qualify, the resistor must be unused and returned in its original, undamaged Vaillant packaging.

For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund an item we do not receive. Once the returned item reaches us and is checked, we refund the price of the resistor.

Faulty or incorrect items

If the item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us as soon as you can, ideally with a photograph of the issue. Where an item is genuinely faulty or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return and provide a full refund (including delivery charges) or a replacement — your choice.

How to start a return

Email cooling@vheatc.site with your order reference and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return address and confirm the next steps. Please do not send anything back before contacting us.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Stripe. Once we have processed a refund it can take a few working days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer or bank. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
