Returns are handled by eBay

Because your purchase is made on eBay, the returns policy that applies is the one stated on the eBay listing at the time you bought, together with the eBay Money Back Guarantee. eBay manages the return process, the return address and the refund.

How to start a return

Open the return through eBay: go to My eBay, then Purchase history, find the order and choose “Return this item”. eBay will guide you through the reason, the return label and the refund. This is the fastest route, and it keeps you covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.

If something is unclear, or the item arrived faulty, damaged or not as described, you can also email cooling@vheatc.site and we will help — but please still open the case through eBay so your purchase stays protected.

Faulty or incorrect items

If the resistor arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, report it through eBay as soon as you can, ideally with a photograph of the issue. The eBay Money Back Guarantee covers items that do not arrive or do not match the listing description.

Refunds

Refunds are issued by eBay to your original payment method once the return is accepted. This site never takes payment and never issues refunds directly. Nothing on this page affects your statutory rights.
